Items will usually ship within 48 hours. If items are out of stock, feel free to contact me for a custom order. We currently only ship to the United States with USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping and insured. If items are damaged during shipping or shipment is lost, items are shipped insured and remedy shall come from USPS insurance.
If you would like to inquire about return of an item for some other reason, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and reason for return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order if eligible. Please note that colors may differ from photos due to lighting and pieces are all handcrafted so are not "perfect" and variation is to be expected. Some stones are rough cut on purpose and are not defective.
How to Care for Your Sterling Jewelry
Over time, sterling silver jewelry can tarnish/darken (oxidation). You can prevent/delay this process by removing your jewelry prior to bathing, swimming or exercising. You should avoid sprays, oils, lotions, or water directly on your jewelry as well. Naturally occurring chemical reactions over time will oxidize (darken) your piece. This is called oxidation (natural patina). Many of the pieces I make have been given a dark patina and antiqued and then the high points are polished to give contrast. If your piece darkens everywhere, you can get a polishing cloth and polish the high spots by hand to refresh the contrast and remove the oxidation from those high points. You can slow the natural patina process by storing your jewelry in separate plastic bags with an anti-tarnish strip or in a cloth pouch or jewelry box in a dark place when not wearing your pieces.
Do not use jewelry cleaner as jewelry cleaners will strip your piece of any patina purposely applied and can also damage or discolor stones.
